White-label prospect intelligence · Hosted in the EU

Know who you are selling to. Established, not estimated.

Define your ideal customer once. Caicle finds matching companies across DACH and Europe, establishes the facts about each one from registers and public records, scores fit and timing, and drafts the approach for your review. Under your brand.

14-day free trial on self-serve plans. No card. DPA included.

One domain in

Legal name, register number, owners, executives, hiring. Each with its source.

Give Caicle a domain. It reads the legal notice and the website, then uses the identifiers it found to query the registers by exact match. Every field carries the source that established it, the URL, and a confidence. Anything no source could confirm is marked "not established". Nothing is filled in with a plausible guess.

  • Legal identity: Legal name, commercial-register number, LEI, VAT registration
  • Structure: Parent, subsidiaries, named executives and their roles
  • Size and age: Employees, founded, revenue estimate where a public source states one
  • Motion: Open roles by function, hiring velocity, technology stack, recent coverage

How it works

From a profile to a plan you can defend

Step 1

Describe who you sell to, once

Industry, size band, regions with DACH as a first-class filter, technologies, keywords, timing signals. Only the criteria you set are scored, and the score is renormalised over them.

The ICP editor with industry, size, region and technology criteria

The platform

Eight surfaces, one workspace

Everything from the first profile to the closed deal, under your brand.

01 · ICP

A profile is a yardstick, not a filter

Leave a criterion blank and it drops out of the score instead of excluding good accounts. Derive a profile from customers you already won, then edit it.

  • Industry, size, region, technology, keywords, timing signals
  • DACH regions as first-class filters
  • Per-criterion explanation on every score
The ICP editor

02 · Discover

Candidates arrive scored, with the source that found them

Commercial registers, the global legal-entity register, web search and lookalikes of accepted companies. Sources that do not apply to your profile show as skipped, not failed.

  • Register-only companies keep their registry identity until you attach a domain
  • Dismissed companies never resurface
  • Accepted companies seed the next lookalike search
Discover results with their finding source

03 · Companies

The dossier that says where every fact came from

Legal identity, ownership, executives, hiring, technology, coverage. Unknowns stay "not established". Open the relationship graph to see parents, subsidiaries, executives and shared technology, and expand any node.

  • Provenance on every field: source, URL, confidence
  • Expandable relationship graph
  • Paste up to 1,000 domains and research in the background

04 · Sentiment

Read the room before you write the opener

A keyless scan of recent coverage, scored 0 to 100 with themes and the cited mentions behind each one.

  • No news API key required
  • Themes with cited mentions
  • Latest score stays on the dossier

05 · Strategy Room

Specialist agents in three waves, a human before anything ships

Your brief is tailored into orders for a team of named specialists. Wave one gathers the dossier and dated signals. Wave two scores fit, writes the approach and reviews compliance per jurisdiction. Wave three synthesises a boardroom report with citations and an honest confidence section. You review and approve before it becomes a report.

  • Every agent's working paper is inspectable
  • The report names its gaps instead of papering over them
  • Approval is the EU AI Act Art. 50 sign-off, built into the flow

06 · Reports and Close

Documents your clients can hold, outcomes your team can learn from

Company dossiers and strategy reports carry your logo and colours, export as PDF, and open from a public share link without an account. Close tracks contacted, meeting, won and lost.

  • GDPR Art. 14 notice generated on every dossier
  • Public share pages under your brand
  • HubSpot sync on Scale and above
The Reports list with branded dossiers and strategy reports

07 · Ops Console

An analyst that shows its work

Ask in plain language. The analyst researches with the same tools the Strategy Room uses, shows each call as it runs, and saves nothing until you ask. Attach your own MCP tools on Professional and above.

  • Web search, page fetch and live-answer search (Professional and above)
  • Decision-maker lookup with professional-only scope
  • Sandboxed runtime with no database route

Two waves, in that order

Registers are keyed by legal name, not by domain

A register cannot be asked who owns a domain. So the first wave reads everything reachable from the domain itself, including the legal notice, which by law states the legal name, the register number and the VAT ID. The second wave feeds those identifiers to the registers, which turns a fuzzy name search into an exact lookup. That is the difference between attaching the right parent company and attaching a stranger's.

Fit and timing, kept apart

Two questions, two scores, one tier

Fit asks whether you should sell to this company at all, computed against your profile with a reason per criterion. Signal asks why now, from dated evidence that loses half its weight every 60 days, so a funding round stops propping up a stale list. Together they set the tier that ranks your week.

  • Fit is null without a profile; it never pretends to be a judgement
  • Signal saturates rather than caps: the tenth signal still counts, a little
  • Every point is attributable to evidence with a URL
ENGAGESTRIKEWATCHNURTUREFit 0 to 100Signal 0 to 100nordfracht.example

Why this score

  • Industry matches: Logistics (25 of 25)
  • 240 employees is inside the target band (20 of 20)
  • Located in Hamburg (20 of 20)
  • Funding round (41 days ago)

Early access

We are building Caicle with a small group of design partners

Caicle is new. We have no customer logos to show you, and we will not invent any. Instead, we are onboarding a limited number of agencies and sales teams in the DACH region who want to shape the product and get founder-level attention while they do.

What partners get

  • A guided pilot on their own accounts
  • A direct line to the people building the product
  • Input into the roadmap
  • Partner pricing for the first year

What we ask

  • Honest feedback
  • A fortnightly call
  • Permission to describe the engagement anonymously once it has run
